Ölstilen kallas Belgisk Blonde. En ölstil med stora variationer. Inte sällan kryddsätts ölen med annat än humle. Till denna brygd har vi utvecklat receptet genom att tillsätta apelsinskal. Ölet karaktäriseras främst av den belgiska jäststam vi använt. Den skänker kryddiga inslag till de söta och fruktiga smakerna.

Canned 330ml. -Golden coloured, small white head, caramel and weak herbal nose. Yeasty, caramel, herbal and light floral with spicy touch in the finish.

33cl can from Systembolaget, Stockholm. Pours clear golden with a white head. Malty and fruity aroma with notes of Belgian yeast, caramel and hints of bananas and grass. Medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and a fairly light bitterness. Quite enjoyable.

Ljusgul vätska med vit skumslöja. Arom av säd, gräs och jäst. Bra maltig grund med en lätt höig, gräsig beska som sedan får mer stöd av örter och jäst. Lätt eldig munkänsla.

Canned (from Systembolaget Avion, Umeå, thanks Jonathan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectary and mild herbal tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some bitter tones with mild earthy and some sweet malts too.

Sample can from Systembolaget. A pretty decent blend of golden ale and Belgian pale here. Quite sweet and as Si says almost Leffe like. Decent.

0.33 l can from a Systembolaget in Eskilstuna. Shared at the farewell party. Clear golden, medium white head. Yeasty, soapy, lemony, metallic, ripe fruit and some flower petals. Phenolic spicy flavour, slightly bland, sweet, ripe fruit. Medium body, moderate carbonation, light finish.

(Can, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 3 Dec 2021) Pale golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of peaches, citrus and coriander. Fruity taste with peaches, orange peel, coriander, dough, soft malt and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made Belgian style blonde. Nice one.
