Sampled thanks to sjogro. Still quite dry, sweet juicy, dry mineral funk, pear, light earthy, dead leaves. Medium sweet, medium bitter, at least quite bitter for a cider. Medium dry. OK but not great.

Premium 2018. Sweet, bitter and tart apples. Rusty apples, oaky and tannin-rich, citrusy and some red paprika. Juicy, with dry finish. Light carbonation. Very complete and delicate.

Dry & wry, quite tart applejuice, some marmalade and a hint of vinegar, loads of tannins. Very dry finish. Tasty but could be better balanced.
