Bottle. Color: Clear orange amber to golden, stable long lasting off-white head. Aroma: Red wine, subtle sweet and light tart, fruity notes, very subtle farmyard and leathery funk, some wood. Taste: Moderate sweet, light to moderate bitter and very light, wine-like tartness. Funky, fruity, oak wood, subtle tannins. Subtle leathery funk. Fruity notes of plum, subtle red wine. Far less red wine and less vinuous than the 20 03 and 20 02 in this series. A little more bitterness and leather towards and at the finish. Quite dry mouthfeel, a little foamy and bit vinuous mouthfeel. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very nice.
