From old tasting notes. Translucent reddish brown color. Small beige head. Rich fruity malt nose. Complex, fruity malt flavor hints at chocolate, cherries and caramel. Nice hop finish. Very tasty and chewy. A real mouthful.

Marrón caoba. Aroma tostado algo licórico. En boca es floja de cuerpo, aguada con sabor malteado con notas de fruta roja. Predominio dulce. Algo metálica. Floja. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bouteille (6.4%) from Saveur-Biere.com. Deep red-brown colour, off-white to beige head. Nutty nose. Medium-bodied with a malty sweet start, some dried fruit, nuts, shy hopy and a quite watery finish.

330ml bottle from a deli in Cassel, France. Has a great brown ale aroma, goes straight for a chocolate nuttiness, with a little bitterness and slight liquorice aftertaste.
