Tijdens de lagering van dit bier hebben we een berg natte hop toegevoegd aan de tank. 'wethop' is hop die direct vanaf het veld in de verpakking beland. Hierdoor behoud de hop zijn maximale aan smaak en aroma's.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ van Rooij, Culemborg. Hazy amber with a white head. Malty aroma with floral, piny hops and some tropical fruits. Bitter taste with a bitter finish. Nice but a bit one-dimensional.

Bottle. Color: Very hazy, bit milky amber, off-white head. Aroma: Floral and fruity hopbitterness. Taste: Medium bitter, over moderate sweet, caramelmalt, bit sugary, alcohol. Floral and light citrus hop. Bittery finish. I was hoping for less malty sweetness and more hopbitterness and expecting better from Berging. Drinkable, but that's all.
