Bottiglia. Il naso vira verso l'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano sentori di miele, pane, erbaceo ed agrumi.

Bottled 330ml. -from random souvenir shop in San Gimignano. Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized white head, some lemon in the nose. Sweetish malty, fruity, notes of lemon and some candy touch with short dry bitterish finish. Watery as well.

0.33 l bottle shared with Ogi who brought it from Italy. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Bergamot, ripe citrus, floral, dough, grassy, grain. Thin, watery, moderate carbonation, light grainy, light dry finish.

Bottle. Color: Pale golden, white head. Aroma: Hop, malt, sugar, lemon hints. Taste: Over moderate bitterness, hop and lemon zest, malty, over moderate sweet notes of sugar and honey, moderate sour lime and orange. Bittery palate at finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Pretty smooth mouthfeel (Wheat). Ok for a Session blond, light and pretty refreshing summer beer.
