Bottle. Unclear golden body with a huge off-white head. Nice fruity aroma with a spicy touch. Medium strong aroma, but a bit unusual and quite interesting if giving some time sniffing before tasting. Flavor is even better, with the kind of fresh fruit, spicy yeast and some ripe fruit towards the end. Fine balanced body and long lasting, complex aftertaste. Delicate, rustic and highly enjoyable.

Bottled (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Golden colour, mediumsized off-white fluffy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is funky, farmhouse cow dung. Flavour is farmhouse cow poop, some earth, dust, malts and mild grainy tones.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with an off-white head. Aroma of smoke, hay, game meat and nutmeg. The flavour is similar and with more grass, spices and hints of lemon. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a medium bitterness. Well balanced and tasteful.

Hazy pale yellow in the glass with an enormous white head Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Bottle at a tasting. Sourdough, yeasty. A bit of smoke. Lemony, zesty. Light acidity. Actually works in its own way. Thin body, high carbonation. Slightly wheaty too. Good.

Bottle shared with JFE at Vaaland Bryghuus 09.11.19. Clear pale straw colour. Off-white head and lacing. Superb aroma and taste of moderate smoked malt, barn and hay. Well-balanced. Moderate bitterness, hay and smoke is lingering on. Good!
