Bottle at Café De Koffer, Groningen. Citrussy aroma with oak, stone fruits, yeast, notes of wine, and a touch of funk. Flavour is tart and a bit sweet. Body is medium. Pretty lovely wine barrel Saison, quite enjoyed it.

Bottle. Gusher. Color: Hazy yellow golden, dense long lasting white head. Aroma: Lemon, grapefruit, sweet-ish and sour-ish, funk. Taste: Moderate tart and light to moderate sweet with clear yet subtle bittersweet grapefruit notes, yeasty, funk, some wood, wine notes. Wine becomes more present towards and at the finish. Over medium body, soft carbonation. Nice one.
