Medium, stable off-white head over clear copper beer. Apples, vinous, bit of caramel. Leafy, bit toasted, dessert wine. Sweet sourish in a good balance. Again apples, appleliqueur, if hardly sweet. Appleskins warming up. What I miss is the dry hopping. Acidthinning and some -burn. Light to medium bodied; certain oilyness. Medium carbonation. Hops? Not a bad beer at all, but I wonder what the exact objective was.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is hoppy, yoghurt, nice fruits. Taste is good fruity hops, juicy and jammy, flowery. Oily mouthfeel with high carbonation. Good!
