Voorheen was dit het goedkope huismerk van het levensmiddelenbedrijf Laurus, verkrijgbaar bij onder andere Edah, Super de Boer en Konmar. Na de overname van Laurus door Jumbo was het verkrijgbaar bij Jumbo en C1000 supermarkten, later alleen bij Jumbo. Sinds 2024 is het ABV gewijzigd naar 4% en wordt het bier gebrouwen bij Martens.

Lichtgekleurd bier met waterige smaak. Chemische licht bittere hopsmaak. Vlak bier met weinig inhoud.

Can. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. watey palate. deasent.

Can at home. Clear yellow colour with a chunky white head. Smells pretty malty and grainy.. Regular pilsener smell. Tastes like a thin and cheap pilsener. Not too bad.. Just boring. Thin body, soft fizzy carbo.

Wässriger, leicht süßer Antrunk. Dann kommt eine starke Metallnote auf, die, in abgemilderter Form, bis in dern Nachgeschmack erschmeckbar ist. Minimale Malzigkeit im Hintergrund, im Abgang noch leicht süß. 5/6/5/4/4/4

zeer lichte pils. aroma: muffig en metalig smaken: alles zwaar waterig met een licht bittertje en metalige smaak. bocht !

Fles 33cl thuis. Zoetig, wat kleffig, malttonen, grainy. Geen nostalgie naar vroeger (Studentenpils). (5-2012).

From bottle. Clear yellow / golden color, decent white head. Completely standard for a pale lager or pilsener. Smells and tastes like a lot of cheap pilseners and pale lagers do: malts, grains, a bit hay, lightly spicy and maybe lightly some bitterness. Nothing good about it, dus a doable pilsener.
