(Bottle) Dark brown colour with big, frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of chocolate, caramel, treacle, dried fruit, dark bread, orange and spices. Malty, roasted taste with dark bread, caramel, brown sugar, cacao, liquorice, dried fruit, orange, roasted almonds and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well made dunkel. Nice one.

330ml bottle, many thanks to djoeye for sharing. Remaining beige head over a rosewood body, spotty lacing. Quite inviting aromas of dark malts with hints of bread and liquorice. Caramel, liquorice, and dark bread to the taste character. Roasted malty ending. Rather soft on the swallow. Satisfying (Rating session with djoeye, lmojoh and Finn, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 25.02.2021).

Flaska från SB. Valnötsfärgad vätska med mycket högt med väl mycket skum. Doft av kalk, rostad malt, julkryddor. Kolsyrad som en belgisk stout, ganska torr, aningen syrlig, kryddor, muskot, lingongrova, rostad malt, lakrits. Lätt beska. Trevlig schwazbier

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cear, dark brown with a burgundy hue and a neat, lacing beige head. Soft roast and vanilla aroma. Medium body, again subtle and slightly sweet roast, some licorice notes and a somewhat high carbonation. Hardly any bitterness. A little les fizz and this would've been almost perfect. 241120
