Warming with a mellow fruit aroma featuring grapefruit and orange citrus tones combined with floral and herbal notes from the Styrian Goldings hop variety, leading to a dry bitter finish.

0,5L bottle. Pours clear amber with off-white head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is sweet, malt and British hops. Taste is very sweet and some bitterness, caramel and malt. Finish is malty and dry bitter. Overall: drinkable, but that’s it.

Bottle from local supermarket, and very disappointing it was too. Reddy amber colour. Aroma is malty with slight floral hop smell. Taste is malt and mild hop bitterness.

At a tasting, thanks tom,smallish creamy head, clear and just a little light amber colour, aroma of herbs and tobbaco with some biscuit, flavour of soap and barnyard with a touch of malt. Not too inspiring and quite dull.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Tom L. Clear red-amber with no head. Aroma of malt, light fruitiness and some earthy and citric hops with a skunky note. Sweetish flavor with malt, a toasty note, a hint of caramel, mild hops bitterness and some skunky notes. Medium-bodied.

Bardzo dobre smaczne i tresciwe piwo ze slodycza na poczatku i w koncowce goryczkowe dosc mocno gozkawe bitterowe po przelknieciu, ciemno bursztynowy kolor i odcien ze sporym nagazowaniem jak na engielskie ale. Piana nie za wielka ale za to z wasami na pintowej szklanicy.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass.Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, light citrus, toffee notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130406]

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. moderate bitter flavor. Some mango notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

500ml bottle from Morrisons - pours deep ruby with a thin head. slightly alcoholic, roasty nose. dried fruit and lots of sweet malt. hops show themselves more at the end.
