Bottle from one of the supermarkets. Poured a crystal clear amber with a thin white broken head. The aroma is of fruit and honey. The flavour is medium bitter and hoppy with a rich creamy fruity palate. A very nice session ale that deserves a better rating.

Deep malts and hops in the taste, aroma and flavours which gives it plenty of character.

Bottle. A clear, dark golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is bisctuity malty, with resiny, citrusy hops and some toffee-like hints. It’s a bit heavy on the carbonation, dry and medium bodied, with flavors of bitterness, biscuity malts and citrus peel. Rather bitter finish. A beer that doesn’t impress me in any way, but it’s sure drinkable. 120623
