Bottle. Amber color, Overripe banana and pear in both aroma and flavor. Some floral notes. Sweet. Yeasty by-flavors.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, acid, apple. The flavour is light sour with a light acidic sour palate. Not much to say about this. If this was the way it was meant to be i’d be surprised. Pretty awful. I drank a third of the bottle and drain poured the rest. Waste of money.

Fles 33cl thuis. Zurig, rood fruit, drogig, geuzig. Niet alledaags voor een Dunkler Bock. (5-2014).

Bottle @ home. Hazy dark orange to faint reddish color, virtually no head. Smell and taste are not what it should be: sourish, musty, stale, infected. Drainpour.

33cl bottle from ABCBeers. Very thin white head. Low carbonation. Hazy amber pour. Some coriander. Too lightly coloured for a bock. An ok beer

helder amber met minimale witte kraag welke vrij snel afvlakt, aroma: floraal, caramout, gebrande mouten, toffee, zoet, kandij suiker, hop, gerst smaken: medium kandij suiker zoet, licht hopbittertje, licht zurig, normale moutig (caramout), graan, koriander, pepertje en wat fruitig, licht/medium body, glad en co2 wat prikkelend. smaken zijn uitstekend op elkaar afgestemd. zeer goed bier. pas toen kreeg ik in de gaten dat dit bier staat aangemerkt als een bok, tja daar had ik toch andere ideeen over, maar niettemin over het algemeen beviel hij mij prima.
