Our Nook India Pale Ale is inspired by the strong and heavily hopped ales that were shipped to India during the days of Empire. We brew our IPA with pale British malts and a blend of hops from Europe and New Zealand.

Like the noble Indian elephant, that helped build an empire, NIPA is strong and powerful yet delicate and pleasant. Featuring a sweet caramel body with notes of tropical, stone fruits and a resinous pine finish.

Can. Bier Huis, Ossett. Bright, clear gold. Sturdy, thick, shiny topped, lasting, white head. Nose has minty, toffee malts. Some mouldy citrus. Floral, lightly spicy hop. Some yeasty bread. Taste is light, floral sweet, with assertive, citrusy bitterness. Mouthfeel is foamy, with a medium body. Finish gets full on, spicy, resinous bitter.
