Serendipity is our whiskey barrel aged beer, aged in our cellar for over 100 days in whiskey and port barrels. Each brew number discovers new tasting profiles that is reflective of the style of beer used and blending done to each batch of beer. Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
bottle, pours light brown with a medium tan head. Aroma is tart cherry and port wine. Flavor is sour oak, moldy, cherry, sour peach and figs.
