Pale yellow with not much head. Lots of cooked corn here. Not a bad offering for a lager but a lot of flaws.

Anyway, it pours a bit darker than average with a touch of haze and a small, dissipating white head. All I get from smelling the beer is a tiny hint of overly sweet malt. And the flavor confirms that impression. Actually, the flavor also reveals some vegetal off-notes. However, the biggest offense is that this beer is just incredibly bland. There’s very, very little flavor. The mouthfeel is watery. I guess it’s not offensive or difficult to drink, but there’s basically nothing about this beer that makes me want to drink it.

bottle, pours light pale gold with a tin white head. Aroma is thin with hop and pale malt. Flavor is thin and watery with hints at hop bitterness, but overall dissapointing.

Batch 00073! Light gold color with a foamy white head. Smells lightly sweet. Near medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is pale malt with very little hop. It is clean. Acceptable, if you want a pale lager.

Heh, I didn’t realize this was madeby the infamous City Brewery! Man, this stuff is terrible! Dark golden with no head. Aroma was of corn and a ton of acetaldehyde. Flavor much the same, along with being thin and fizzy. When I had a second one straight out of the bottle, I felt it was just about indistinguishable from bud. Found at a Winn Dixie in Orange Park, FL.
