Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 10/01/21. Pinkish orange with a decent faded crimson cap. Nose is apple skins, hay bale, red berry pips, grass, grains. Taste comprises on the turn blackcurrant and apple juice, grass, moderate salt noted, hay bale, berry skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering kiss. Not bad.

9/1/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours cloudy dark orange amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of ripe berries, hint of salt and green rhubarb. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Medium body, slightly watery texture, average carbonation.

440ml can. Hazy reddish-pink, brief fizzy white head. Aroma of grains, redcurrants and some blackberries. Taste is moderately tart and the redcurrants are slightly more prominent over the blackberries, semi-sweet, light to moderate body. Easy drinking gose. Quite nice.

Can: Poured a pinkish orange very interesting with a white frothy head. Aroma is berries, redcurrant. Taste is tart fruity, berry, light saltiness, fruits are predominant.

Very crushable Gose. Looks like Himalayan Pink Salt and a lot of fruity English hedgerow flavours are in the mix. A really excellent example of a modern Gose. Very murky.
