Brand new sour in cans out now! This extra juicy beer was conditioned on nearly a half metric tonne of apricot, and hit with a good skosh of Citra dry hops to add tasty tropical notes. Fermented with kveik yeast, brewed with lots of oats for a smooth mouthfeel, and not too sour at all - the usual suspects for our sours. Super refreshing!

On tap at Beere, pours an opaque bright yellow with a small white head. Nose sort of smells like unfermented wort—there's maybe a bit of bitter hoppy dankness, but no apricot. Flavour is quite dirty, with an earthy apricot pit character upfront, followed by a touch of hops. Dirty and clumsily put together. This needs work.

Can, from Cask & Barrel. Opaque, and looks the part of an apricot beer. Just a thin head. The aroma has a lot of apricot, just a light fruity hop note. Tart, with a lot of apricot pulp taste, some bitterness in there as well. Solid overall, though. I actually like the accent that the bitterness provides.

Murky yellow colour. It has some mild but nice aroma of apricot, maybe also the hops. At first sip, it seems fruity, but then there is immediately some astringent chalky nonsense, real mouth pollution, dirty; then some fruit puree, and a very low level of acidity. This is a chalky smoothie. A mess. Bah.

Murky yellow with a decent white head. Soured apricots. Light soured apricot and a creamy light finish.
