In Quantic we have focussed on one of our favourite hops; Simcoe. Bucking the trend of juicy hazy pales we have created a crisp, dry and light everyday sessionable beer.

We love the piney resinous and citrus nature of Simcoe hops which pairs wonderfully with the passionfruit notes from Mosaic.

Can 330ml (KSM Kampus, BB 11/2020) Slightly cloudy golden colour, medium-sized white head. Straw, grass and light fruityness in the nose. Light-bodied. Light tangerine, honey melon, grass, pale malts in the flavour. Easy and probably lost some of the fruityness on the way - suprised to read that it has Simcoe and Mosaic.
