Bouteille 33cl, BB 06/2021.

Small to medium, very fine & dense head over metallic copperish golden beer, apparently not very carbonated, but leaving rings of lace all the same. Rainwater, herbs, weeds. Not much aroma, really. Sweet, green leaves, herbs, white or light brown candi sugar. Ever so slightly earthy, which constitutes the only possible reference to the chicory. Bit sticky, very empty ending. Feels just a bit better carbonated than it looks. Medium bodied, maybe. Sweet! Thanks to Stef!

33cl bottle from Cora in Brussels. F: thin, egg-white, quick gone. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, honey, mellow fruity, spicy, bit citrus, banana. T: medium malty base, mellow fruity, banana touch, spicy, dry on the palate, bit herbal, soft carbonation, not bad bit like tripel feeling, enjoyed.
