Sampled @ Brassigaume 2022. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of dry mild grainy malt, pale malt, moderate bitterness.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Hazy pale golden colour, fair frothy white head, dissipating to a small layer, fair lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, yeast, earthy touch, grass. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweetbitter aftertaste, light spicy notes, well-made, nice.

Dorée, col fin blanc.
Arôme au nez pils sur une petite touche terreuse de houblon noble Saaz/Hallertauer avec une pointe en rétro-nasal rappelant un léger herbacé/champ vert après la pluie.
Palais est assez classique assez sec au tout début, retrouve un caractère malt pils marqué qui rappelle les grandes classiques belges.
Caractère bien pétillant avec une fin virant sur l'amertume noble. Touche terreuse et finement fleurie.
Une petite pils sympatoche - et à l'image de son étiquette, facile pour la belle saison

33cl bottle from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: medium, white, average retention. C: yellowish, hazy. A: malty, bit bready, floral, spicy. T: medium malty base, dry bready, spicy, higher bit disturbing carbonation, bit more sweet grainy yet not bad, refreshing, enjoyed.
