Pours black, fast fading, darkly tanned brown head (collapses in seconds) . Smell is roasty, not overly powerfull. Not showing the additives very much. Taste is fairly full, roasty, mild bitterness. Maple towards the back, pecans are mild to absent. Medium thick to thick body. Medium low carbo. Nice, but overthrown ( quite a lot ) by its hazelnut infused side variant.

Keg at Tilt, Brum. Pours jet black with a thin head. Aroma is sweet and oily roast with a little pecan. Taste has roast, maple syrup and a touch of pecan. Oily mouthfeel.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is huge pecan, chocolate, caramel, maple syrup, taste is similar, slight bitterness, some solvent.

Sample from can @ Sori Taproom. Poured pitch black in color. Maple in aroma , pleanty of it. Nutty notes, even more sweetness, malts and sweetness. Caramel and toffee. Diabetes messy brew.

Dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Nuts, maple, caramel, sugar, vanilla, sweet cocoa, mocha.

Excellent beer, maple syrup, pecans, roasted banana on the nose
