bottle from the brewery. Clear brown colour, small off-white head. Malty, hints of roasetd malts and caramel. Smooth palate, low carbonation. Basic but ok.

(bottle) Clear, dark brown colour with a short and tanned foamy head. Slightly sugary and toasted malty aroma with hints of beet sugar and caramel. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a flat carbonation. Sugary malty and slightly toasted taste leading into a sweet and delicately toasty finish with a shy hoppy bitterness. 26.XI.11

Bottle: Clear, smaller stable off-white head, sweetish malty-fruity nose with traces of molasses(?); mild sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied,quite soft; slightly lingering sweet and malt-bitter finish, some hidden fruitiness included. Unspectacular, but still a well-crafted brew…
