Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style unknown - ale). Can 35 cl - Batch not marked (BBF not marked - Canned date not marked). AROMA: medium-low cereal husk, followed by medium-low to low corn/DMS. APPEARANCE: straw gold color and cristal clear. medium white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low cereal husk, followed by medium-low to low grainy and slight cooked corn (DMS). medium-low bitternes with a dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: meidum-low to low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an odd ale with with what seems to be some minor execution flaws.

Ja, so stell ich mir ein Standard Ale vor - denn das hat hohe Standards. Schön spritzig, crispy, getreidig, leicht. Das passt von vorn bis hinten.

Can from Total Wine in San Jose, CA. (Stevens Creek) Pours bright, clear gold with a white head. Aroma is bready with a bit of non-citrus fruity hop. Med minus body. Flavor matches aroma. A bit grainy, but otherwise clean. Not very strong in flavor. Could be sessionable. Lake/pool beer.
