Wir haben viel getestet, viel probiert und gebraut und getüftelt, es braucht ein Weilchen, bis wir zufrieden sind und natürlich schüttelt man bei einer komplett neuen Reihe nicht einfach Rezepte aus dem Ärmel. Wir sind durchaus ein bisschen stolz auf unser Brauer-Team und das, was nun dabei herausgekommen ist. Überprüfen könnt Ihr das selbst ab sofort im Handel, bei uns im Braugasthaus und im Union-Shop in der Remise auf dem Brauereihof. Bottle 33 cl. pours a clear amber with a rough, off-white head. Distinct wort aroma. Light body, sticky, caramelly sweet wort with quite some finishing bittering hops. 181125

330ml bottle. Murky, amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Bready malty, minimally muggy, doughy yeasty aroma, hints of crisp bread. Taste is bready malty, slightly doughy yeasty, minimally citrusy hoppy, hints of crisp bread, a touch of instant lemon tea; minimally citrusy, leafy hoppy finish. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. No vestiges of wheat detectable, quite doughy, muggy - not good.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeer-Shop.com', best before March 2021. Hazy, deep amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly bready aroma of grains and some wort with a touch of honey. Quite sweet, malty taste of grains, some wort and traces of honey, followed by a short, minimally bitter, a little bready finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Okay.
