# 3523; 3/2023. Alc. 5,2%. Fruity and lemon aroma, light yeasty. Hazy yellow body; white head quickly disappeared. Fruity, zesty, malty. Very good unfiltered lager, more close to zwickl than usual Dortmunder, I guess. 0,5 l, bottle, local schop, Tübingen (Swabia, Germany).

Pours a hazy yellow color. Aroma of malt, grain, light hay, light fruit. Flavor is light sweet with a sour finish.

Fläschle (Danke, Stefan!): Golden, hazy, visible carbonation, small but firm white head, mild fruity and grassy-flowery nose, some minerals underneath, bready malt as well; mild to moderate bitter and mildly sweet flavour, both soft and a bit fizzy, light bodied; dryish bitter-grainy finish. Sigh...

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Mild malty beginning, some fruity hints in the background, mild spicy. Finish well balanced, quite drinkable. Not bad!
