Biertype: Een volmout amberkleurig bier.

Tap at the Brewery: Hazy light-amber coloured brew, with an very slightly sour taste. And its pretty thirstquenching too.

25cl Bottle at Oijen. Not sure what they define as amber, but this beer was dark brown. Mislabeled Donker? Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of full on brown sugar and caramel, some dark fruits. Flavour is very sweet, brown sugar, burnt sugar, dark fruits, no real bitterness. Oud Bruin with alcohol. Bad.

Another more or less flat pour from a bottle bought at the brewpub. Aroma dry with some cork and wood. Initial strong caramel malts. Finishes a little bit tart and fruity. Very thin, watery. Almost no carbonation.
