Can from Slijterij Groningen. Aroma is heavy on the (bit artificial tasting) raspberries with notes from the Port barrel, roasted malt, chocolate. Unfortunately, I am not picking up any peanut... Flavour is medium sweet with a light roasty bitterness and a little tartness from the raspberries. Body is full. Bit of a raspberry overkill I'm sad to say.

I don't know why I bought this beer, apparently I didn't look closely at the label. Typically I avoid fruit in my stouts where possible. Anyway, some roast and plenty of chocolate. Peanut is very light. Black pour with good mocha head. Bittersweet finish, with some raspberry tang. Not horribly sweet at least, and balance is ok. Some port on the finish. Luckily Oskar Blues was in charge here rather than 3 Sons or this would have been a hot sticky mess. Can.

Black with a small beige head. Aroma of raspberry jam, dark chocolate, oak, dark fudge, fruity port, peanut butter, coffee and roast. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter with quite some acidity from the raspberry. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

A black beer, a head is quite small and brown. Aroma has dried fruitness, roastiness, liquorice, wood. Taste has dried fruits, raisin roastiness, some alcohol. Full bodied, some stickyness. Not interesting.
