Naturbelassen und unfiltriert, aber mit nur einer sehr leichten Trübung: Dies weißt auf eine lange Reifungs- und Lagerdauer im Tank hin, die dem Bier genug Zeit gegeben hat um auszureifen und sich nahezu alle Schwebstoffe absetzen konnten. Eine sehr feine Nase von Süß-Gebäck und Karamell, Honig und etwas Vanille. Die Charakteristik setzt sich dann auch am Gaumen fort, wird aber von einer eleganten Hopfenbittere begleitet, die dem Bier seine Balance verleiht.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, bright, dark golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Grainy, strawy, pale malty aroma with a touch of spelt, hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally grainy and spicy, pale malty a touch of protein, some bitter hop, a very weak, fruity touch of apricot. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation. Well crafted, sadly rather cautious flavours throughout - OK.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A, BBE 04.01.2019 Aroma has buttery malt, some hayish tones and grain. Flavour has grainy malt, grassy hops, some menthol and mild honey notes. A solid and somewhat crisp kellerbier.
