Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of elderflowers and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, elderflowers, and hops, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a huge and frothy white head. Perfumy, citrusy hop aroma. Light body, low in carbonation, rather dry fruits with a dry, hoppy finish. Fresh. 190110

Cask (gravity) @ National Winter Ales Festival 2009, Manchester, England.Clear medium to dark yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, lime, notes of toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090122]

Cask at Manchester winter ale fetival 2009... pale yellow ... light fruit lemon hop ... sweet fruit hop ... light caramel.

Cask gravity at White Cliffs BF 2007. Gold colour with lasting bubbly white head. Very citrusy hop aroma. Bit yeasty too. Good solid golden ale with good hoppy dryness on the finish.
