Cask, just yr+ Pale chromate yellow beer, transparant bubbles. Floral, springblossoms, Lindenblossom. Estery, lemony, bond dry. Traces of the worts in (yellow) stonefruit and pineapple. Long dry-out effect. Very nice young lambic with marvelous potential. Big thanks to Willem!

5/IX/20 - from bag-in-box, shared @ Bascule (Bellingen), BB: n/a (2020-857) Thanks to ElManana+1 for driving and sharing today’s beers!
Clear orange blond beer, small to no head. Aroma: very buttery, lots and lots of diacetyl, grains, some vanilla, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, weird, lots of diacetyl, bit fruity, hint of wood, quite some vanilla, more bitterness. Aftertaste: very weird and funky, lots of vanilla, bitter, pretty dry, soft acidity, bit fruity, some banana, butterscotch, caramel, somewhat sweet. I guess the brett will need some time here to fix things up… It’s drinkable, but that’s pretty much about it.
