22/X/20 - 33cl bottle from the brewery, shared @ home, BB: III/2022 (2020-997)
Clear blond beer, big solid creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: lemony, funky, lactobacillus, lime zest, juicy, some tropical fruits, more funk. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, very fruity, lots of lime and lemon, nice bitterness,quite some grapefruit, lime zest. Aftertaste: dry, nice acidity, fruity, peaches and apricots, some tropical fruits. Nice one!
