Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro non è invadente. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, orzo, fieno, frutta secca, erba e agrumi.

swing top bottle 500ml. -from Heiloo Getränke Leipzig, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, grainy nose. Dusty, grainy, bready and light caramel with dryish bitterish finish.

0.5 l bottle thanks to Ogi, shared with Marko and him. Clear golden, small white head. Aroma is grainy, bready, lightly grassy, floral, slightly doughy. Light to medium body, light bready and herbal flavour, sweet, floral. Not creamy, not astringent. Mild bitterness. Moderate to high carbonation. Light dry finish. A bit light, but not bad.

0.5l bottle courtesy of Ogi who brought it from Leipzig and shared with Hrabren and me. Clear golden body. Vaguely citric, bit sweetish-grainy aroma, somewhat metallic, bit minerally. Initially creamy dryish, even bitterish grainy malty taste. Starts slightly hellesish, but quickly goes too dry for it. The floral, though vaguely herbal hops are its best part. Dunno, they tried.

Milder getreidiger Beginn. Weiche Bitterkeit, geringe Süße, spritzig. Schnell schwächer werdend, herb, mittellanger Abgang. Netter Beginn, schwaches Finish. 7/8/9/7/8/8

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is grains, grass, herbs and some mild earthy tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy and some crisp malts to it. Quite a hoppy Helles, but that just makes it more drinkable!

--Bottled. -- Clear golden, rich firm head. Grassy spicy nose. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Grassy and some herbal spice and bread. Quite bitter finish.

Bottle: Golden, clear, quickly collapsing loose white head, very mild sweetish grainy nose; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied, crunchy - nevertheless - mouthfeel; shorter grainy finish, delicate bitterness in the aftertaste. Nothing wrong with it, but quite a beer without character...
