Thank you ElManana + Sanne sampled @ Sebletitje’s Farewell Tasting. Dark orange, white bubbles. Nose is mellow orange peel, mellow hop, dried citrus fruit, pine, very mellow, almost malty. Taste is strange bitter orange peel, chemical insecticide hop, herbal, strange herbal hops, chemical hop profile, quite bitter. Okay, the hop profile doesn’t really do it for me. Body is herbal, insecticide, malts.

18/XI/16 - 50cl bottle @ Seb's Farewell Tasting (Eugene's place) - BB: n/a, bottled: VIII/24 (2016-1325) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the bottle!

Clear dark blond beer, small irregular white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: tropical fruits overload, lovely stuff, mango, pineapple, some grapefruit. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: citrus, grapefruit, lychee, some white grapes, sourish touch, more tropical fruits. Aftertaste: bitter, little malty, resinous, lots of pineapple, slightly sour, lemony, piny finish. What a lovely beer!

Bottle split at CBC Islo, thanks to LKS, 04/10/16. Lightly hazed orange golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is sticky hops, mango, grapefruit, pine needle. Taste comprises sticky tropical fruits, mango pulp, pine resin, orange pith, toasted grains. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi aggressive come juicy hop bitterness in the close. Solid DIPA action.

4th October 2016 Craft Islington Gathering. Big thanks to Leighton. Light haze, gold beer, patchy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth sweetish malts. Mild hop skunk. Pine and hop spice. Soft tropical fruits. A kind of grassy - pine toward the smooth finish. Rather nice! 3.9

Can. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, clean and with a nice light creamy sweetness. Smooth pine. Light but bright citrus with crisp pine and a little spice. Rich tropical fruits but they are a backdrop. Smooth finish brings everything together. Classic stuff. Just smooth, well balanced and with good hop fruitiness. Nothing unusual here. Just the style delivered supremely well.

Cloudy orange color, small head. Smashing hop aroma, equally fruity and resiny, it’s citrusy and piney. Lean, quite dry; delicate pale malts flavor; the hopping is very resiny, piney, zesty too, strong bitterness, a bit minty in the final, and lightly musky.
Wonderful dry IIPA.

16.9 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is huge on the floral hops, with lots of dank and resinous notes. Flavour is robust as hell, with tons of dank, floral and piney hops, some resinous hop oils, and just enough malt backbone. Piney and floral towards the end of the palate, with low residual sweetness. Dank and oily on the palate and on the finish. Excellent.

Bottle at the JK tasting, thanks to LKS. It pours clear golden with a medium, bubbly white head. The aroma is green hops, grassy, dank, light onion, straw, earth and musty tropical fruit vibe. The taste is dry, bitter, pretty harsh alcohol upfront, sticky tropical fruits, over-ripe nectarine green, grassy and dank with a dry, sticky finish. Medium body, average carbonation and slightly sticky mouth - feel. Comes across a bit raw/harsh, but decent nonetheless.

Bottle shared at the CBC Islington for the jk tasting. Huge thanks to Leighton for this one. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a small thin white head. Aroma is woody, onion, cheese and onion crisps, orange and pine. Flavour is composed of semi sweet grains, hints of onion and dank hops. Spicy woody hop. Palate is sticky hop, moderate carbonation. Not a huge fan. A little too dank for me.
