Bottle @ First Semester Ulfborg, 2014. Pours hazy golden with a small head. Yeast, alcohol and fruity exotic like fruit. A bit of bubblegum - juicy fruit and warming alcohol.

Bottle 330ml @ fonefan
Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, dried fruits and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long warm and fruity finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 170114

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, little grass, straw, malt and hops.

Med golden color. Big malty nose with bread notes, very rich and estery. Phenolic, lots of banana bread very malty and alcohol well hidden, but lacks depth. Decent, but hardly catches my attention.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, crackling, white head. Intense yeasty aroma, slightly grainy, strawy, fruity, minimally peppery, very cautious hints of apricot. Taste is bitter hoppy, yeasty, strawy and minimally fruity, minimally peppery, some warming alcohol. Not overly complex, not overly fruity, but strictly "stylish".

Bottle @ WWT III. Clear golden colour, medium white head. Nose is caramel malts, a bit spicy and yeasty. Flavour is caramel malts, yeasty, spicy, very bitter. Finish is bitter and slightly sweet.

33cl Bottle at WWT III. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is floral, alcoholic, light spicy, very tripel-like imo. Flavour is sweet, banana, fruity esters, alcohol, light spicy, yeast, light bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Decent.

Bottle at WWT3. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is light crisp and hugely yeasty. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with loads of crispy yeast and a little malt & liqourice on the palate. A decent tripel, but I wonder why a Welsh brewery is trying to emulate what the Belgians have already done so well.
