BARREL-AGED PALE ALE WITH BRETTANOMYCES
Loof is our pale ale with Brettanomyces, aged on oak for 5 months. A malty beer with rounded bitterness and notes of citrus and tropical fruit.
Ingredients:
water, barley malt, hops, flaked oats, mixed culture of English yeast and Brettanomyces.
