►“Lixia” means the beginning of summer and is probably the most comfortable and lively time of the year. During this time crops are growing fast, while bugs, livestock and humans are becoming more active. Kids are also getting ready for the summer break.
►“Lixia” was the first American Pale Ale we ever brewed. To celebrate this gorgeous season of the year, we use Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra hops to create a refreshing APA that is full of lychee, grapefruit, and passion fruit flavors. It is our impression of the breezy summer of Taiwan and we are very sure you will enjoy it.

330ml bottle at the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light buttery toffee, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a light, crisp, slightly watery, mineral metallic, light citrus hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
