Bottled. Slight hazy golden color, large head. Aroma of bubblegum and barnyard, slight spicy, some fruitiness. Bit dry and spicy in taste, tiny hint of sourness. The Brett seems to be quite young still and not as pronounced as could be possible. It is already funky though. Quite promising.

Sample at the molen monthly tasting. Funky aroma. Thin white head. Slightly hazy golden blond pour. Not sour. Quite nice and refreshing.
