West Coast, nebo East Coast? A co rovnou Intergalactic IPA? Naše UFO 14 tě přenese do jiné galaxie. Na studené chmelení jsme použili australský chmel Galaxy, který v kombinaci s chmely Citra a Kazbek dodává široké spektrum vůní (marakuja, broskev, citrusy).

Tap at Zil verne. Pretty classic. Rather dry, med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Medium bitterness, light crystaly sweetness. Hops-centered, but with an interesting character, mix of elderflower, grassy, spicy. Some white grapes. Good, easy drinking.

Bottle from Base Camp. Clear full golden-amber body, big, lasting white head. Sharpish slightly muddled tropical fruity hoppy aroma, light, some rougher maltienss, lightly yeasty. Some stone fruit, vaguely fruity, vaguely grainy, odd peachy-grainy-yeasty balance. The stated 55 bitterness seems more like 15... Hm, not terrible, not great. Not great, not terrible.

Draft at Craft House. Solid aroma of citrus hops. Clear light gold with fluffy white head that lingers long. Flavor is a bit of watered down hops for the abv. Slight orange and a bit of dirt.
