Sibeeria Sorachi's Wet Dream is a fine, great drinkable Single Malt Wet Hop Pale Ale cooked using 3 exceptional ingredients. We basically used the British malt Maris Otter, which gives the beer light hazelnut-biscuit tones and a beautiful honey color. We hopped that day with fresh Japanese hops of the popular Sorachi Ace variety, which is characterized by its delicate coconut aroma. However, our "ejl" would not be complete without the unique British yeast Verdant, which gives our "eleven" a typical aroma of tropical fruits, apricots and citrus.

Bottle from BaseCamp. Misty yellow-orange body, white head. The aroma is undoubtedly mostly Sorachi, showing its citric-stonefruit-spicy side, with the dill aspect thankfully mostly restrained. Soft, some dried fruit perhaps too. Soft, very pleasant taste, sorachi fruitiness, dried apricots, smooth, light, just vaaaguely cheesy, vaguely spicy, pretty much no bitterness, some bready-nutty touches perhaps and that's it. A high quality, very drinkable pale ale.
