Our Plum Rose´cider is refined and elegant, created from 100% fresh-pressed organic fruit and fermented with select champagne yeast. Delicate notes of plum on the first sip are followed by strawberry and blueberry as it evolves on the pallet. With a soft coral colour and delicate taste, this icder walks a fine line between sparkling rose´and cider.

On tap at Upside, pours a clear ros� colour with a small white head. Aroma reveals gentle plum, some ros� wine, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is very fruity, with loads of plum upfront, followed by gentle ros� notes, and crisp apple skins. Bright, fruity and just crisp enough. Good stuff.

Nice copper rosé body, little carbonation and foam. Sweet buttery apple on the nose, vague plum, rather overdone. Flavour is sweet plum, modest apple; minimally carbonated. Simply okay.
