Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, light apple, straw, quite subdued. Light bitter flavour, saison yeast, light sweet malts. Finish straw and malts.

Bottle shared at Cock Tavern. Hazy orangy color, medium sized dense white head. Smell and taste some malts, quite floral, some fruits, maybe a slight hint of brett and some bitter. Not bad.

Keg at The Cock; hazy yellow pour with a thin white head, butter and a hint of citrus, taste has bitter a hint of spice, and metal.

Bottled@vPBFIII (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mild spices as well as some herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, gluelike and quite boozy. Not that much Saisonlike in the end.

Draft at the Cock Tavern during their first Saison Fest. Pours hazy orange-gold with a light, white cream topping. Very good stuff with sweet bread, mellow yeast, citrus. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming to finish with pale bread, yeasty spice and orange. Solid.

Cask at the cock tavern. Cloudy brown orange pour with a non existent head. Aroma is tangerine bready malt and belgian yeast phenols. Flavour is bready wheat malt and belgian phenols. Some alcohol. Light tan in from the wheat. Bottle share at the cock tavern. High carbonation, dry finish. Golden colour with light white head. Light fink and straw on the nose. Flavour is crisp, lemon, orange wheat and grains.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty, phenolic and toasted malty. Smooth fruity, light estery and bitter. Bitter, grassy and light herbal. Dry bitter and phenolic into the finish.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Howling Hops Farmhouse Saison ].[ Courtesy of Mario ]. Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, manure, rubber, yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, rubber, yeast, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Sadly i did pick up the rubber both in aroma and flavor otherwise very good saision .. [20130329]
