75 cl bottle, best until 2005. Aroma has raspberry and a touch of smoke. Flavor has milk chocolate. Lightly smoked with hints of sourness, consisting of mustard and vinegar, cinnamon and caramel. I’m not impressed, in spite of the (limited) use of smoked malts. Lacks balance.

25cl bottle from a friend who went to Texel. Cloudy orange pour. Off white head. Not a great double. Out of balance.
