Pours a lucid foggy pink with huge foam, very good earthy bumbleberry on the nose with rustic hints of honey. Flavour is mellow berry sweetness, soft grain notes, modest sugar. Mouthfeel is way too watery but has okay carbonation. A little too weak, some more oomph would make this quite exciting.

Pinkish and cloudy. Thin head. Nice mellow berry aroma. On the palate, though, there's some phenols (solvent-type) that jump out, and they are unpleasant. The saison itself is a touch yeasty. The phenols really do mess with the program, though.
