Draught at Fermentoren, Copenhagen
Cloudy deep blond color with creamy head. Nice smell, Alpine cellars, salame peel, Belgian yeast; very nice. Good body, lean and round; malt flavor with tones of toffee, and a very good yeast character, spicy and more; relatively strong bitterness for this beer.
Excellent (Belgian Ale).

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, floral, mild catpissy notes and mild toffee. Flavour is fruity, toffeeish, mild dry wooden bitterness as well as some slight grassyness. Balanced, but not that special in the flavour.

(Draught at Fermentoren, Copenhagen, 11 July 2013) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with dense off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of peaches, citrus, passion fruit and fresh leafy hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, apricots, biscuity malt, grass and fresh hops in a finish with a generous bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Draft @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy grassy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus finish.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700.Unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty, malt, orange - fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130316]

200ml draught at Fermentoren. Near clear, amber coloured body. Floral hoppy nose followed by a fruity taste mixed with herbs and mild honey sweetness. Dry bitter ending. Refreshing with session qualities (Copenhagen, 21.05.2013).
