Das Murauer Pale Ale ist eine hopfenbetonte obergärige Biersorte, die ihren Ursprung im England des 18. Jahrhunderts hat. Das kupferfarbene Bier ist eine Spezialität aus der Brauerei der Sinne der Brauerei Murau. Die Zitrus- und Grapefruitaromen spezieller Hopfensorten sowie der malzaromatische und leichtherbe Geschmack sorgen für einen unverwechselbaren Genuss.

Das letzte Mitbringsel aus dem Murauer Braushop 🛍️.
Es ist ein gefälliges Pale Ale mit netten, gemütlichen Aromen 🧖‍♀️, aber sonst eher weniger Tiefgang 🚇.
Man kann es gut trinken, auch zum Essen, aber viel mehr ist es auch nicht.

Bottle, 75cl directly from brewery shop in Murau. Not one of the regular beers from Murauer and only available from brewery and depot shops in the region and Bierapotheke in Murau as far as I know. Color: Lightly hazy golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Malty, only vague hints of hop. Taste: Malty, hints of citrus and light hints of caramel, floral hop background. Moderate bitterness. Just under medium body, just under average carbonation. Not one of the best Pale Ales I've had so far, but I'm happy already to find another style than all the traditional German / Austrian styles in this region! As clpse as I can get to international IPA day over here. And very refreshing at 35 degrees Celsius on the balcony of our holiday appartment.
