Signe Tillisch is a 4.5% ABV single varietal made from the apple Signe Tillisch. Grown on the hills along the east side of lake Vättern.
Barrel conditioned in French oak for 18 months.

A very wine like cider as it is still, has high acidity and a touch of oak. The perfect mind fuck if served blind to one of your wine geek friends.

A good low(er) alcohol alternative to a Grüner Veltliner or Albariño. Goes well with everything from a lemon seasoned turbot to a pack of crisps and Netflix.

(Bottle) Dark golden colour with brief bubbly head. Still, no carbonation. Fruity nose with notes of red apples, oak wood, orange marmalade, toffee and honey. Fruity taste with red apples, oak wood, white wine, orange marmalade, marzipan, almonds, apricots and spices. Generous, slightly woody, acidity. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh apples and a good white wine touch. Very nice.

Flaska från SB, årgång 2018. Doftar av werthers, smörkola, skyrt smör, svamp, karamell, som en iscider. Mjuk munkänsla, ingen kolsyra, mjuk men fin fatkaraktär. Smaken mer stram och syrlig, mer äppeljuice. Äppelskal, fruktsyra, ek, vita druvor, stall. Lätt, elegant, gott.
