Bottle Conditioned Dry Season 2017

(Bottle) Hazy golden colour with big, but quickly collapsing, frothy white head. Fruity nose with yellow apples, apricots, barnyard and spices. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, orange peel, apricots, hay, spices, balanced tannins and a dry finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well made cider with a fresh acidity. Very nice.

Bottle from SB. Loud pop when opening, a little bit of gush. Dark yellow with quickly disappearing white head. Barnyard,red apple skin and vanilla custard in aroma. Taste starts very light and effervescent, like drinking a cloud. Champagne like mouthfeel. Very short beginning, with apple flesh and farm. Middle is dry and bitter with apple twigs and touch of cinnamon, then follows a long apple skin and vanilla finish. Peculiar, yet strangely delicious.

Nose is bitter sweet apple, tannins, hay, light apple pie essence, light sugars. Taste comprises apple skins, gentle orchard wood, tannins, apple pulp, very light funk. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, long dry close. Solid apple refreshment.
