A straight up hazy IPA made using extra pale malt, wheat, flaked oats and naked malted oats for the hazy slick body we all know and love. A late dry hop at the end of fermentation using Citra + Mosaic (name a more iconic duo) with Azzaca joining the party too, brings soft strawberry aroma and flavours of bright orange and fleshy pineapple, a touch of dankness and spicy mango.

(Can) Hazy pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of pineapple, mango, grapefruit, herbal hints of rosemary and a touch of sponge cake. Fruity, hoppy taste with pineapple, mango, grapefruit, citrus peel, white bread, rosemary and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hoppy and refreshing. Very nice.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Poured into a glass from London Drinker Beer & Cider Festival 2008 (Yeah, I really miss those festival times in the UK). Chalk white head remaining over a hazy pale golden body. Clingy lacing. Dusty hops on the nose, peachy scent to it, promising. Fresh fruity taste of citrus, wheat .and juicy malts. Mid-dry hop fruity ending, bittersweet. Drinks very well. Pretty nice. (Tromsø 27.09.2020).
